Leaders and production technology managers from relevant departments of Anhui Agricultural Reclamation Group, Jiagou Farm, Longkang Farm, Pancunhu Farm, Fangqiu Lake Farm and other farms attended the meeting. The participants first visited the demonstration field on site. This demonstration field fully utilized the precision seeders and water and fertilizer integration systems of Debont, thanks to the application of these two technologies. The 2,000-mu demonstration field of Jiagou Farm has successfully withstood the severe test of the extreme high temperature that lasted for 40 to 50 days this year. The corn output has been effectively guaranteed and has not decreased due to the drought. It is expected to increase by about 20% compared with previous years. The leaders and experts attending the meeting expressed that the water and fertilizer integration technology and intelligent seeders of Debont have performed outstandingly in drought resistance and seedling protection this year, providing a strong guarantee for high and stable corn yields and offering valuable experience for the province’s work to increase the per-unit yield. After the meeting, the unveiling ceremony of the “Anhui Agricultural Reclamation – Debont High-Yield Enhancement Demonstration Field” was held. Xu Shiyuan, deputy chief agronomist of Anhui Provincial Agricultural Reclamation Group Corporation, Zhao Guangyong, Party Secretary and general Manager of Anhui Agricultural Reclamation Jiagou Farm Company, Liu Dan, director of the Institute of Serving Local Development of Anhui Science and Technology University and executive director of Debont Research Institute, and other leaders jointly unveiled the plaque for the demonstration field. The establishment of this demonstration field marks the successful integration of Debont’s innovative technology with the production practice of state farms, laying a foundation for subsequent promotion.
